The Historical Climate — Relative Humidity indicator shows the historical trend of air relative humidity at 2 metres above ground. For each day, mean, maximum, and minimum values are provided. Relative humidity expresses the percentage ratio of water vapour in the air to the maximum the air could hold at the same temperature.
This parameter influences plant transpiration, leaf wetness duration (a key factor for fungal disease risk), organism water balance, and thermal comfort.
Data come from the Open-Meteo Historical Weather API. The variable used is relative_humidity_2m (relative humidity at 2m, daily mean, max, min). Data are interpolated to the site's position.
